USUI REIKI
Reiki is a healing method that originated in Japan. The term "Reiki" is composed of two Japanese words: "Rei," meaning "spiritual" or "universal," and "Ki," meaning "life force energy." Together, it translates as "universal life force energy."
Reiki is based on the assumption that a life force energy flows through all living beings. If this energy is blocked or disrupted, physical or emotional discomfort can occur. During a Reiki treatment, the Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or over the recipient's body. This attempts to channel the life force energy and harmonize the energy flow. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and helps reduce stress. This can lead to an improvement in overall well-being and activate the body's self-healing powers.
The treatment works on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
